These terms apply when you access or use the Best AI Rap Video website and its visual video creation tools.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your prompts and images
You keep any rights you already hold in the prompts and images you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit them and to let our service providers process them to create and deliver a requested video. Do not upload images of minors, public figures, or people who have not consented.
Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, or excessively violent content; content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights; or prompts intended to evade safety checks.
Generated videos
Video generation is automated and may be delayed, fail, or produce results that are unexpected, incomplete, or similar to results produced for others. The creator makes visual videos; it does not promise to write lyrics, compose songs, create vocals, or provide lip-sync. Audio behavior depends on the selected video model.
Review generated content before using or sharing it. Generated videos are not automatically screened before first display in the current application. Rights in generated output may depend on the model provider's terms and applicable law; you are responsible for checking that your use is permitted.
Credits and payments
When credit purchases are enabled, the amount, credit quantity, and payment provider will be shown during checkout. Credit use depends on the model and settings selected in the creator. Purchases and refunds are also subject to the payment provider's terms and applicable law. Do not rely on an estimated video count as a guarantee of successful outputs.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or protect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every submitted job will complete.
