This policy explains how refunds and credit returns work for purchases made through Best AI Rap Video. It supplements our Terms of Service and does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Digital credit purchases
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Once credits are delivered to your account, a completed purchase is generally final and unused credits are not refundable for cash, except where applicable law or the payment provider's terms require a refund or correction. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire.
For Waffo purchases, Waffo acts as merchant of record. Waffo's Buyer Terms govern its payment transactions and may provide a refund or correction for matters such as a duplicate or incorrect charge, an unauthorized transaction, or a product that was not delivered. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Failed generation jobs
If a video job is marked failed or cancelled, the credits reserved for that job are automatically returned to your account balance. If a payment is confirmed but credits were not delivered, contact us so we can check the order and correct the delivery or coordinate with the payment provider. Returning credits to your account is not the same as refunding the purchase price.
How to request a payment refund review
For a Waffo purchase, use the Buyer Portal link in your Waffo payment confirmation email or receipt. You can also email contact@best-airapvideo.com and we will help locate the order or coordinate with the merchant of record. For another payment provider, contact us using the account email associated with the purchase.
Include your account email, order or transaction reference, purchase date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. If a case requires more time or coordination with the payment provider, we will send an update. Approved monetary refunds are processed by the payment provider and returned to the original payment method where available. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment method, processor, and bank.
